Or, maybe you've just reached a point in your life where you are tired of feeling unfulfilled, and want to truly embrace loving your life.
The training I offer supports embracing the uniqueness of what you have to offer the world, and teaches you how to reconnect with the best version of yourself. You won't just heal yourself, you will soon realize the positive effect you have on all you encounter.
The Journey of the Soul ~ Personal Mastery Program
This program is for those who are ready to create lasting change in their lives.. the kind that is rooted in getting to know yourself so well that you shed the version of you that was living for anything but your truth.
We'll meet each month and review one of nine modules that help you get a deep understanding of the different facets of yourself in order to uncover what action is necessary in order to change your life.
This is a process that takes time and demands a strong desire to understand who you are and why you are here. Your desire to connect with, and express yourself as the most authentic version of you, will change your life. You will have found what you have been looking for, in plain sight, and your journey inspire others to do the same along the way.

Reiki Energy Healing
If you want to heal others, you must first heal yourself.
Reiki Level I
In this course you will learn the history of Reiki, how to perceive energy, how to use and trust your intuition to know where healing is needed and how powerful your intention is. You will understand that Reiki isn't just a technique, it is a process of personal healing that awakens the powerful healing energy you already have within you.
You will receive 4 powerful Reiki healing attunements on the day of the course and will experience significant changes in your own energy immediately and for approximately 21 days following the course.

Reiki Level II
In this course you will deepen your knowledge of Reiki by becoming more aware of your heightened intuition, how to use it to support your practice. You will learn and practice how to send healing over distance and time, and how to amplify healing in specific areas and provide protection from negative energy.
You will receive another attunment as part of this 1-2 day course, and will once again experience the peek of the impact of this powerful energetic upgrade for ~21 days after. Upon completion you will be able to begin to practice professionally if you choose.

Reiki Level III
This 3rd level of Reiki training is about practical learning and receiving deep healing yourself. You will share your experiences practicing reiki to date and receive support with your real session examples and take turns giving and receiving Reiki with class participants. You will also dive deeply into your past to understand how your childhood experiences impact your life today, and how to heal them by being open to seeing them from a new perspective. You will receive a deeply healing and energetically elevating attunement that will take ~21 days to move through the height of it's impact.

Reiki Master Teacher Training Program
This program is for those who have completed Reiki Levels 1 through 3 and are ready to embark on the journey of deep healing within themselves in order to be a clear vessel for Reiki energy to flow through to others.
The course will heighten your intuitive abilities, raise your self awareness and tear down the walls that have kept you from becoming the most authentic, loving and powerfully creative version of yourself.. so that you can use your journey teach and inspire others to do the same. We'll meet each month and review one of nine modules that help you get a deep understanding of the different facets of yourself in order to uncover what action is necessary in order to change your life.
This is a program is ~9 months, but a conscious journey of healing takes a lifetime of commitment and honesty. The reward is great: you will experience an unrivalled and irreplaceable depth of peace, joy, abundance and fulfillment within your being. It will change your life and inspire others to do the same along the way.
